To insert quote.

Either from a new post, or "edit post" post,
click on the file/arrow doodad, "insert quote" in the icon line
Go to the text portion you want to insert and "copy" the text

Place the mouse pointer in between the insert quotes and paste
make or "update" you post

Sounds awkward but is a piece of cake.
