I read the perfin as "SH&Co.".

I can't see the holes clearly but my best guess for the pattern is 13,11/12,8,6 although there may be some holes I don't see or missing pins.

There's an SH&Co. die 13,11/14,8,6 listed for Suter, Hartmann & Rahtjen's Composition Co Ltd, Ships Coating Mfrs, 18 Billiter St, London EC and another 11,11/13,8,6 listed for Sparrow, Hardwick & Co Ltd, Warehousemen, Manchester 1.

Which is also why I let someone else read the initials!

I should have added that there are too many holes visible to match the known patterns for any of the SM&Co. dies.
