scotzm - A sad tale, indeed. It reminded me of the fate of poor Anna Cervenka, a once-promising Czech junior whose tennis career collapsed because of her tendency to go to pieces in high pressure situations...

Tennis player, designed by Czech illustrator Ivan Strnad (1925- ), combined engraved by Jan Mrácek and photogravure, and issued by Czechoslovakia on February 22, 1973 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Czechoslovakia tennis organization, Scott No. 1863.
