No, I saw that later issue, It is the stamp image I posted (280 Guinea Francs)
(Same locomotive)
I cannot find it anywhere, presume it is an illegal stamp.
I might check my Stanley Gibbons "Trains on stamps" see if it is listed there. Catalogue is 1986 so unlisted (15 Railways listed to 1986)
Pope John Paul ll, possible illegal sheet.....

The train you posted is listed in Michel as Mi:2723 (1 of 6). In SOTW the set of 6 is listed in the Appendix.
