A mounted knight appears on this embossed letter seal of the municipal council of Osterode, a district capital in the Allenstein administrative area of the province of East Prussia, Germany.

Today, the city is Ostroda, Poland.

This large 1920's German cinderella (60mm x 70mm) advertises The Reich Association for Breeding and Testing of the German Warmblood. The association's logo appears in the upper left corner of the label.

According to Wikipedia, the German Warmblood includes many types of horses. Only the Trakehner is thought of as a true breed.

Zalec is in central eastern Slovenia. It was Sachsenwelde (1182) in medieval times.
