When I was younger Spiderman was my favorite comic book character. Last year I bought a pair of souvenir sheets from Somalia & Rep. of the Congo. I do not believe that they were issued as postage, but to be sold strictly to collectors. They may not even have been issued by the governments of Somalia and Congo, but rather a commercial company.
