On 9 February 2018 I mailed some post cards through UNNY. I just saw one that arrived and it was hand postmarked Monday, 12 February 2018, which suggests the bureaucrats don't transfer the mail on Saturdays. There was also a USPS postmark at the bottom, 12 Feb 2018, which is better than printing it over the stamp I guess.
