In response to my offer of $1.75 to the second guy, he immediately counteroffered the full $278.95. At least he has a sense of humor!

Accurately said... The first item is actually the 1933 American Philatelic Society Century of Progress Issue, Scott #730, Cat value about $28.00 or thereabouts.

After reading the second item, well, I think I'll lay down for awhile.

The second "Special Offer" is a real hoot. I'm not even sure what it is really about! I would think that ebay has seen this or maybe not. How bizarre! And, yes there might be a medication issue at the bottom of it all.
