Thanks for all those urls smauggie. They are great.

Also, I thought it wise to warn our members that the url

http://www.philatelicsannex.org/ref...3-guide.html br /

came up with a warning that there was a 'malicious' virus blocked. So, be careful.

Just thought I would let everyone know.

Say, how far back can I go to get a cheap copy of Stanley Gibbons Specialised Volume 1 and still get all the info I need (except up-to-date values of course) and correct catalog numbers (e.g., 1990?, 1980?)? Not sure I want to plunk down $70-80 right now, but sure could use an SG catalog for classification.

Agreed Hungary

Literature is always so expensive nowadays and it is always a pleasure to see so many urls online that are available with the same quality of reference work.

However, for those who can afford such literature, I thought I would include the site. I have not bought much literature lately for obvious reasons. $$$$

Does a British Commonwealth Part 1(1959) have all the relevant info ?

I only have about 50 1d reds, and havent had time to do a close examination.

Warwick, that catalog will be of no use to you with regard to the stamps in question.
