For Canada 389-400 above, the range was from 12.03 (highest) to 11.85 (lowest) giving a greater range difference. For Canada 401-436 above, the range was 11.86 (highest) to 11.80 (lowest) giving a lesser range difference. The average of all above 389-400 is 11.90 and the average of all above 401-436 is 11.82. Yes, there is a difference between both groups.

Re: 3Dadeo with regards to the above, one can now be referred to the article entitled "The Canadian Stamp Perforation Change of 1962" (Corgi Times, January-February 2013, Volume 21, Number 4, Whole Number 124, Pages 62-63) where it maintains that Canada # 399 (not # 400 or # 401, # 405 as above) is the main stamp in this perforation change.

Found some more information in BNAPS (British North American Philatelic Society) BNA Topics, Second Quarter, April-June 2013, Whole Number 535, Volume 70, Number 2, Page 30. Also, "The Canadian Stamp Perforation Change of 1962" at www.rotaryperforator.com and on different online search engines like google, yahoo, bing, etc.
