Here are images of three stamps in a set depicting men and women attired in 19th century costumes of the Suwalki Region, designed by Lithuanian artist Ruta Lelyte, printed by lithography, and issued by Lithuania on October 18, 1992, Scott Nos. 434-36.

"Sun Emperor" suit of armor, dated to the 4th or 3rd century BC, found in the Issyk kurgan (burial mound) discovered in 1969 in south-eastern Kazakhstan, printed by lithography, and issued by Kazakhstan on March 23, 1992, Scott No. 1, plus a photo.

Here are images of two stamps depicting, respectively, an indigenous woman, and a girl with a basket, each wearing a traditional costume, designed by Portuguese artist Alberto Sousa, printed by lithography, and issued for use in (Portuguese) Timor in 1948, Scott Nos. 246 & 248.

Here are images of the three semi-postal (charity) stamps in a set depicting traditional regional men's costumes: Sinj, Dalmatia; Travnik, Bosnia; and Turopolje, Croatia, printed by photogravure, and issued by Croatia on October 12, 1941 to benefit the Croatia Red Cross, Scott Nos. B3-B5. Note: SG indicates that these stamps were printed by lithography, but Scott says photogravure, which appears more likely to me after examining the stamps.
