Do you think the burnout from the CAPEX 1978 souvenir sheet (756a) with a quantity of 3,800,000 led to less interest in the Canada World Philatelic Youth Exhibition 1992 souvenir sheets (1407a and 1407ai) with quantities of 400,000 and 10,000?
Very nice cancelled souvenir sheet. Is it a first day cover or a first day cancelled souvenir sheet? It appears to be on cover due to the bottom left tied cancel, but I am not sure. I have only seen another first day cover of this variety at CAPEX '96 and it was in the stock of the Montreal stamp dealer who publishes the Darnell Canada stamp catalog.
