I already have the 2013 edition, but, I just wasn't aware of the sales in the past. I am debating buying my 2014 at the Barrie show like I do every year. If it is there, then I usually trade or sell my old one.
I agree with Tom Swift. I've been getting mine from FvH Stamps last few years. They are always less expensive ($29.99) plus they are shipped with very nice stamps. You can also get a discount on half the shipping by sending the stamps back (I never do).
