I found these in one of the books I'm going through. I know it's way too complicated for me to figure out. They are definitely not 14 perf. . I would never be able to decide shading and besides they are unused so little value. Just thought I'd post my serrated block example.

JoJo3391, your block on the left is rouletted and not perforated. If you have a Scott catalog, the roulette varieties are listed just below the perforated types (Sc #277). Not rare.

And the block on the right looks very much like perforated 14...
