I read that. But I do have some issues with this method.
It requires the collector to go to a specific type of store or online and make a secondary purchase of removal supplies and it requires a re-learning of new methods.
With the simplicity of the water-based method of removal for most gum-based stamps, that's a simple way for me to relax and enjoy the hobby. Maybe sip a cup of tea while listening to the radio news broadcast at night while I'm winding down from a long day. But with the self-adhesive types it becomes a bit of a chore in my viewpoint.
I'll try the clip around the paper method for now anyway. There aren't a significant enough number of interesting self-adhesives out there that I want anyway, and the ones I do want come on nifty display sheets so I can just buy/insert into protector and DONE.
