As a general rule mint / used air letters are rarely worth the postage they carry. But postally used ones - not philatelically used - will always command a good price. I think the same rule applies to most postal stationery. I have mint Canada Post cards more than a hundred years old that command - if I can find a buyer - maybe $1.

CanadaStamp: Postal stationery prices have risen over the past few years. Yes, there are some that "command" low pricing, but the large percentage of items go far above the H&G value of 30 years ago. Look at Germany, 4 Euros+ each (mint). GB 2+ pounds each (H&B catalog). US and other NA countries, are in the NA mind of pricing (Low). Take a look at aerogrammes from the Pacific Islands, Middle East, some Africa, they are quite pricey! Far higher than $1.00 will get you, mint or used. Go over to ebay , DeClampe, etc and look see how much these items go for.Generally speaking, larger countries issued hugh amounts of postal stationery, where little 2nd or 3rd world countries did not. In most world cases, mint commands a lower asking price than Used as you mentioned.
There are exceptions to this rule as well.
Additionally, since the aerogramme is a thing of the past, a lot of new collectors are getting into collecting these items. Flyspecking them. Looking for rarer cancels, etc.
SO, I guess the more people that do NOT collect these things, keeps the price down for the ones that do.
This is just a reference comment.

While going through some new material, I came across this nice old (November 28, 1867) Prussia envelope. Enjoy.

Stamps are not my specialty by any means just occasional glancing blows the most recent of which are handful of unused sparsely soiled/aged blank or corporate and private interest return envelopes from the late 1800's to early 1900's. On one in particular the center image of GW is clearly not embossed.
Any opinions on the state or general want of these items would be NICE!
Thanks!

Nice stack of material. The pricing will vary all over the place. Without examination, it is difficult to assess value. Also, collectors of that era will pay for something they do not have just to get it. Only thing I can suggest is picking up a Scotts US specialized catalog, a bit expensive, or go down to your local library and take a look for the catalog. If you have any universities nearby, I am sure they would have a copy in their library. Hope this helps somewhat

Something of an oddity:

The only item of postal stationery of independent India ever overprinted for one of the Indian States, Gwalior. It was probably only on issue for about a year: it appeared early in 1950, and its last day of validity was 31 December of that year.

St. Helena, a small double peak of a mountain in the South Atlantic Ocean. A lot of history abounds on this locale (not on topic, but you can look up the history if you want).

Here is a postal card (H&G #1) circa 1896.

and next is a aerogramme (NGK #1)circa 1982.

I haven't posted any new stuff for over a month, but that will end today. I know there are a few out there that enjoy looking, so ....

NOTE: I am using the Neuer Ganzsachen-Katalog Afrika 2012 version to number the Tristan da cunha items.

Here are two Tristan Da Cunha aerogrammes; The first is
NGK # 2 issued in 1971:

The second Tristan a Cunha item is NGK #3 issued in 1973:

This 3rd item is a Trieste postal card, H&G # 7 issued 1948. Card also contains a 50 Lire postage stamp for the special event.:

More to come...

Thanks PoStat4evR

One day, I got lucky at a show and found a number of these in a dealer's box.

Will be posting more postal stationery as time permits.
