Just a quick note...dont worry about reusing a stamp to send a letter out to some one...If you want to send a letter to some one for a cent, or any lower value stamp, just put the person you are sending the letter to on the return portion of the envelope..as soon as the post office sees not enough postage..They will send it back to the sender...presto...the person you wanted to send to gets the letter....

And it comes with an envelope to put money in and give back to the delivering mail person.
