A line art drawing of the SS Giovanni e Paolo e Vicus Scauri in Rome, Italy.

It is easy to find corroborating images of The Basilica of Saints John & Paul because there are more than one ... basilicas, that is. Most images you find online are for the The Basilica of Saints John & Paul in Venice, but you can find images of the one in Rome.

Methinks that the earlier artist took a bit of artistic license though, of course, arches do get rebuilt now & again.
