Three RPPCs from Alaska, dated c1942, soldier's free mail: All three cards bear the legend "PHOTOGRAPH APPROVED BY THEATRE CENSOR ADC". Postcards from the collection of Michael Lebbert. Cheers, /s/ ikeyPikey edited to add: Sure looks like Mt McKinley Denali |

gTranslate tells me that Schwarzwalder Uhrmacher => Black Forest Clockmaker. I cropped the image so that there would be more Uhrmacher and less Schwarzwalder. Cheers, /s/ ikeyPikey |

Ikey, "na trgu" literally means on the square. Market szene on the card is in german and means scene from the market place. Back than and through current times, Market was the name for both green market and and any other goods to be sold during AM hours in urban places here in Balkans. |

Didn't know ploygamy was a thing in Haiti, but it googled-up easily enough. Cheers, /s/ ikeyPikey (who misread the "craftsmen's" in the caption as "craftsman's") |
