I'd imagine that naphtha can be purchased by the gallon from a paint store about the price of a small bottle of Clarity. And most lighter fluids undoubtedly contain naphtha even if they don't explicity state so. Most lighter fluids will say "light petroleum distallate", of which naphtha is probably the most common. My Ronsonol seems to work just fine and my 8 oz bottle has lasted me over a year now, although it's getting a bit low. I don't think I'll be visiting the paint store unless Ronsonol changes radically.
