Glenn - thanks for the great link. I even found a cool project I can do with my daughter on there.

Battlestamp - I think you describe the FDC market perfectly. I just find the non cachet to be more meaningful in a historical prospective. I guess thats what I was meaning they where commercially used in the sense the postoffice actually delivered them.
