In theory
ebay should only be forcing a seller to accept a return if the item isn't as described. If the seller accepts returns as a normal course of business, a customer can return it for any reason, no questions asked.
ebay will err on the side of the buyer in almost every case, so in practice all a buyer has to do is claim that something wasn't as descibed.
