I have purchased from Ducth Country from time to time in the past, but not since the new owner took over.

I've had the most experience with Murray Payne in GB, who is now a division of Stanley Gibbons. Their prime focus is KGVI Commonwealth, but more and more over time they offer quality material of prior reigns and early/rare QEII. The pros for Murray Payne are if they identify a variety (e.g. shade or printing), it's correct- period. They are also experts at identifying genuine overprints vs. forgeries, including on SPECIMEN issues. The cons are that they have a very dedicated and voracious following so prices tend to be strong (which is great for sellers).

Victoria Stamp Company in NJ is great. Phoebe is extremely ethical and many times material sells for below what you may expect.

I've only bought twice from Dale Auctions but feel they are very professional.
