Going back to start with the letter A next, I have to get started putting stamps in an album, right now I have been sorting at lunch by country and then put them in envelopes alphabetically. Currently have six envelope boxes full. I really enjoy sorting by country. Just picked up some stamps from Artfulhinger finally realized the ebay link on his posts. They are very nice stamps with a great range of countries. I still have two eighteen gallon totes to sort, one off paper one on paper. Won't be caught up by the time the Richmond Stamp club show comes up, I always buy WW by the pound off paper from a Fort Wayne dealer, he always has very nice stamps. I will work on getting some photos put on of my sorting soon.

For my duplicate or for a lot of new stamps I use Stock book and place them by the value on the stamps. 1,2,3 cents and up . It's more easy than by Scott # . After I look in my albums if I have empty spaces for them

I was in the same boat. I decided to take the country that had the most stamps and catalogue that country and then move on to the next. I started out using small glassines but then found that stock books were more convinient. Once I had an Album printed I hinged them in( I print my own pages and collect only used). I then moved to another country. I have about 50 albums now but usually work on 3 or 4 countries at a time just to keep things interesting.
