Circling back to this, I highly doubt actual stamps were impregnated with LSD and then sold. However, I wouldn't be too surprised if LSD blotter paper were made to look like a stamp of one kind or another and sold that way. They are usually made with a design of some sort, usually something psychedelic, but more mundane designs are sometimes used as well.
