I buy 99% of my stuff from ebay and never have a problem. I even contacted a seller about some ebay items he had to group a larger lot and he did that for me outside of ebay. Again, no issues.

I made an error as a seller one time. I shipped the wrong coil roll to a buyer. He contacted me and bought the roll I sent him and I sent him the other roll.
