Both Australia and New Zealand have issued stamps for medal winner within a day of the medal being won. Australia only gold medals. New zealand for any medal. |

I think Japan is commemorating their gold medalists as well. Plus, I expect Belarus to honor their medalists, as they have been doing since 2004. |

The weightlifter on one of the stamps is Ivan Efremov, who competed yesterday in the 105 kg category. He won the snatch part of the competition, but couldn't do much in clean-and-jerk, so that he finished only 5th overall. |
