With the low Canadian dollar, I am finding it very hard to purchase philatelic literature on sale from the U.S. since shipping costs come out to be very expensive after the actual shipping cost and exchange rate are factored in. Also, add customs to it in some cases too depending on how it is shipped whether by courier or the post office.
