Yeah I think I left out an important part in my post. I don't think I would pay anything approaching CV..especially on ebay unless there were a lot of interest. In other words, I would like to see a lot of bidders...I would say at least 12.

You are 100% correct about being patient. I look at some of the stamps and think how can you pass that up? Sure isn't easy...

Sage advice. For 99+% of the stamps on my want list, another copy will be along again before too long. Only on rare occasions when I really want a particular stamp, usually to complete a set or something along those lines, do I bid more aggressively.
