Even if all 31,000 members had internet access (which is not true), you would not have access to all their knowledge as many of them would choose not to participate for one reason or another.

After this has settled in, I do not think the strategy is much different from all the prior strategies. The problem has been resukts and the biggest challenge is resistance to change and looking at everything as a contracting exercise.

There are a quite of few stamp forums out there but we are told it cost a fortune to run them. How is the rest of the world doing it with a lot less resources. People are posting videos on you tube but when APS wants to do it it is a lot of work to record something. You see smartphones recording everything and with exceptional quality.
