Sturdza Castle is a historic monument in the village of Micl#259;u#537;eni, 65 km from the City of Iasi. The original manor was built in 1598. Between 1880 and 1904, George Sturdza built the late Gothic architectural palace that exists today.

Kastelholm Castle is a Swedish-built medieval castle located in Sund, Ĺland. The 14th century castle was built on a small island surrounded by natural water and moats. Today, much of the castle is reconstructed and is a major tourist attraction.

Šarena Mosque is a mosque located near the Pena River in Tetovo, North Macedonia. The mosque was originally built in 1438 and later rebuilt in 1833. The mosque is known for its elaborate decorations using paint and glaze.

Capriana Monastery was established in medieval Moldavia. The stone church (1491–1496) was built in Moldavian style. The Winter Church shown in the stamp was raised in 1903 in a Neo-Byzantine style.

Zagreb Mosque, located in the city of Zagreb, is the largest mosque in Croatia. The mosque also houses an Islamic secondary school and an Islamic culture center. The construction began in 1981 and completed in 1987.
