This 2016 computer-vended SOAR (stamps on a roll) stamp of Ireland is one of 16 designs issued that year as part of the country's eighth definitive series "Centenary of the 1916 Rising." It depicts the Main post office building in Dublin, which was opened in 1818 and is still in use today.

From Wikipedia, "Sited in the center of O'Connell Street, the city's main thoroughfare, it is one of Ireland's most famous buildings, not the least because it served as the headquarters of the leaders of the Easter Rising...It was from outside this building on the 24th of April 1916, that Patrick Pearse read out the Proclamation of the Irish Republic. The building was destroyed by fire in the course of the rebellion, save for the granite facade, and not rebuilt until 1929, by the Irish Free State government."

The Republic of Korea issued a pair of stamps (identical designs, different colors) and a souvenir sheet to publicize its participation in Expo '67 held in Montreal, Canada. Shown here is the low value 7 won stamp (Sc. #566).

From the expo67ncf.ca website, "The pavilion is built entirely of wood and combines the classic beauty of traditional Korean architecture and the qualities of modern design. At its entrance a tower soars high toward the sky, an integral feature that symbolizes Korea's aspirations."
