Here is an international postcard rate stamp from private courier Universal Mail of the U.K. Universal Mail's large, colorful stamps are mainly sold in hotel lobbies, museum gift shops, and souvenir stores where tourists and visitors are likely to be found. This stamp depicts Radcliffe Camera at Oxford University.

From wikipedia, The Radcliffe Camera (camera meaning 'room' in Latin) is a building of Oxford University, England designed by James Gibbs in Neo-classical style and built in 1737-49 to house the Radcliffe Science Library. The Radcliffe Camera's striking circularity, its position in the heart of Oxford, and its separation from other buildings make it a focal point of the University of Oxford."
