Seek image of Sc#6 1893 (On GB Sc#111) British Levant (SG # 7, I think)

40 para on ½d QV vermilion.

Would like to do a story on it, I am never going to own it, and rather rare (Only 6000 exist)
Need an Image for my records.

Thanks

Bravo! Postmaster.
That's the fellow. Many thanks indeed.
Too heavy for my wallet, but fabulous for my records.

Looks good, the "4" is typical, and the broken "S" of Paras is there,
(hammer damaged on the first day)

March 1st 1893 is the worry, I don't know enough about usage, March 1st was the date all remaining copies were sold, as new printed stocks arrived.
Dangerous copies were made locally in Constantinople.

I am still hunting for a copy of "Stamp Collector's Fortnightly" Volume 1
that shows examples.

Thanks again, very much appreciated.

Look forward to that Floortrader.
Eastern Roumelia still has the foggy outlook of a mist clouded lake, on a freezing morning in the Scottish Highlands.
Never seen a good presentation of this discipline.

No matter..we have plenty of time.

I am working on Inonu sets and Ay Yildiz sets, as we speak...........

I'll post the IKDAM NEWSPAPER Printing House set, in the next hour or so....

Note: The challenge with these, (this stamp design) begins with discriminating Perf 13.25 and Perf 13.5.
One has to get the guage correct to Identify Printing House.

It is a tedious routine, do a few at a time.
