Crows22, thank for the link, it provided all I need to identify the particular 1969 silk stamps and now I can write a short summary and posting the stamps.
While searching for information, I realized Bhutan issued another silk stamps about Buddhism in 2021! So, issuing an unusual stamps is still alive in this tiny Kingdom.
