and sometimes it is the fault of the seller when they make a mistake in writing the address

Having sold thousands of philatelic items on ebay I have never made an error with buyers postal address. Its always best to have a system in place so to minimize errors and only use the buyers address in the paypal payment notification email. Double check everything before mailing out.
