I didn't see it in this thread...would someone be kind enough to show me a close-up of the difference between the air post special delivery stamps CE3 and CE4? I only have one kind and I want to make sure I'm ID'ing it correctly. Mine has an accent like "^" on the "E" Is that a "grave" accent or a circumflex accent??

Marc Fournier was famous for a while in Newspapers (because of my dad) but do not think he knows anything re: famous Philatelic name
