Penny, remember the good times in this time of tragic loss. You and David always treated me fairly with a smile whenever I visited the St. Louis show. It's hard to do now but look forward towards new adventures in better days ahead.

In this and most tragic situations we can go on forever discussing would have, should have, did have scenarios; but, we are left with what we have and must move forward.

Now folks, it is time for healing.

Penny, if David had any life insurance policies, perhaps you could use the proceeds to pay back us auction consigners who were not paid for items sold at auction in 2017. I will gladly send you my invoice for in excess of $10,000 owed.

There was a lot of blame on Kols but he was not the only one at the company. Anyone know who was associated with Regency within 2 years of its end.

Sorry Holmsbu ,this story is long over . Two factors ended this first ASDA and APS wants to shut this down and second none of the parties hurt wanted to take legal action, they all wanted someone else to respond and then they could hook onto the coattails .

The latest court case is in my post above. $167,000 minus commission sought. Filed six months ago. Will be interesting to follow. The case number is in my link. A jury trial is scheduled for 10 December 2018.

Well - looks like the story is not over - before it is over! And a jury trial is most interesting.

Even if they get a judgement they may not see a dime.

I wonder who is going to pay? Too bad they cannot go after the board of directors.

They were a 'LTD' company. As far as I know, LTD same limited liability exposure as an LLC. So any owners/partners would be protected from personal responsibility for debts and lawsuits. I assume that this would not protect anyone from fraud but you would need some vey good evidence to prove fraud. (Note that running a business poorly is not fraud.)
