In this topic I find some good points to look forward, but guys I thing we do not have begin paranoia with some small differences in printing. This is my opinion. Errors are errors, oddities are oddities: but to consider an oddities or an error because a small dot in printing???!!!. For example: some one for philatelic association here in Quebec canada, spend weeks and weeks to find errors and variations in Christmas series. what come up???: More than 40 differences with what? a point there a point here, etc. Please guys, when we look to the errors and oddities we have to look also of the production of the stamps. Like the paper, ink, methods, volume, etc. and do not forgot guys, to days is mass productions, so some grease on paper could make the ink not to print. Do this will be an error??? or oddities???, my opinion no. So please guys let me know what you thing. Maybe I am wrong and lost my cap.

Not paranoia, realize this that because of these posts, I have found a new variety with help from members of this great forum..That is one of the reasons I began the post.

Also I realized lots of people think a scratch, dot, blur is something to post..So I got smart and made this post to try and stop 5, 10, 50 etc people from creating many more posts to clutter up the forum and make remembering where we saw it very difficult.

There is a difference between constant varieties and fly specking but sometimes they are confused for each other.

Intaglio printing seems to "chip off" more easily when it is done over offset printed areas.

I have dozens of stamp oddities..Here is another one....Scott 917 Low Value Artifacts.

This stamp has what seems to be a double back and a maybe double front.
