Where is the dustwrapper?

The Encyclopedia of British Empire Postage Stamps 1775–1950 (Vol.III: The Empire in Asia) is very hard to find with intact dustwrapper.

This is my copy bought at £25.00.

This book is archaic for serious students of Indian postal history and philately.

Just ran across this Indian stamp, with an unusual cancel. Usually when I see a colored cancel like this I think revenue usage, but thought I could throw it out here and see if anyone has any ideas. The "07" to the right of the cross, I'm assuming, refers to 1907(?)

Anyone?

I think Mallory ascended via the Tibetan, not the Nepalese, side. Nepal is also mentioned there, along with Sikkim from their route.

I have a good range of Player's inter-war cards, but, unfortunately, only three from its 1924 Mount Everest series.
