Yirmeyahu, the seller just might be lazy, too.

stamperix, the 30c in the bottom row looks reperfed and the 10c next to it is most probably a trimmed perf stamp. Looking quickly, these would seem to be the two best stamps here aside from the Belgium 40c. And we know nothing about any thins, minor or not, or creasing, pressed out or not, besides the major visible faults we can see.

I assumed the worst when skimming the lot. I wouldn't consider the lot to be a gamble because buyers exist for even the worst material - at the right price, of course. It would be easier for a dealer to buy the lot and get rid of the worst junk quickly to recover the cost of the lot or flip it to a local show or storefront dealer.
