Dikkertje Dap is a popular poem (1950) about a little boy and a giraffe by Dutch poet Anna Maria Geertruida Schmidt (1911-1995). Here is an image of a semi-postal (charity) stamp illustrating a scene in the poem, printed by lithography, and issued by Netherlands on November 7, 1967, Scott No. B431, plus a photo of a sculpture of Dikkertje Dap and the giraffe created by Dutch artist Hans Bayens (1924-2003), and located in Kapelle, Schmidt's birthplace.
