Thank you very much Rod. I would really like to have a look at your duplicates, if I'm able tu supply you with something that you'll need. Which can be difficult as you've have a very large collection. |

Grilled Gum. I have had another comment from a collector I respect, which suggests not grilled. I feel it is my scanner at fault, it will not pick up the grill. I am still sticking by my opinion until proven otherwise, not out of stubborness, as I can definitely see a machine made indentation on my mint hinged. I wonder if these further 2 scans make any difference. 1. 16 bit greyscale 2. 24 bit colour. This may help newbies as myself correctly identify? |

Finally ... but that shows how debate can assist in all sorts of ways. I'll be using the 16 bit greyscale option, for future inspections, I wonder how it may go with grilled on used? I am still playing with Postmaster GS option to use the "film" option on my Epson V200, without success as yet. Thanks Guys......... |

that's a very useful detail for distinguishing the two mobile post office stamps. Thanks.
And thanks too 22crows for that link, it's a great resource and a very clear analysis of the landscape stamps |
