Unfortunately, both of the stamps you showed us are defective and not worth keeping as such. Moreover, I don't know if this is a bad scan or the stamps being dirty (soiled) but I think you should check the rest of your stamps for rust.
Rust shows in the early stage as some perforation tips show a brownish or ocher color to them. This should be looked into right away as rust will/could spread to the rest of your collection,
