How does this company even stay in business? Either the prices are fabulous or the material excellent. Based on the item listed, I doubt it. I'd never do business in person with someone that had this attitude. However, I know there's been many times I've blindly signed service contracts that would most likely force me into arbitration - but a non-disparagement clause right on the listing! |

You really cannot say that. ebay & PayPal rules trumps sellers "rules" each and every time. |

ebay and Paypal rules do trump his "conditions of sale". If I win one of his lots, I have every expectation of Paypal protection and to leave honest feedback as I see fit. I am surprised his listings have not been shut down. It would almost be worth bidding on something .... |
