The 5 cent blue plate number single is very nice indeed - the only change I would make is to remount the page to be more visually attractive. Right now, the tab detracts, but it could be a centerpiece. Yes, I know that means making your own page instead of using the printed album pages .....
He can make the page look better by moving the 4c to the left of the 5c, even with the 6c. Then center the group of 3 in the space provided. The order stays correct and the 5c becomes the centerpiece. Ignore the "spaces provided".
one question came into my mind, as you have all this stamps in your hands: how do they compare all under UV light (longwave)? There has never been any research about this, I think. But I can imagine that the bluish paper is also under UV a bit different, probably more dark with a light bluish gray color? The normal stamps, in opposite should be more bright?
