All APS dealers I have transacted with and tested using cert services have not misreprented anything to me in my 2 plus years of collecting on
ebay and Hipstamp with one exception of a sealed tear. So I put a lot of faith in APS dealers as honest ethical group with good governance. ASDA is worthless in my view and is simply a three person marketing organization foundering to find their way in 2019.
