No 1 Philatelist,
As to your question above about the clapper. The Berlin bell series have 3 or more variations.
The clapper is the hanging part that makes the noise and there's a series of stamps with it positioned on the left side of the bell, one where the clapper is positioned in the middle of the bell and a 3rd series where it is positioned to the right of the bell.
Hope this explains things better.
