pennyblackie...the 17 watchers are undoubtedly watching it to see if anyone is dumb enough to buy it. I have actually done that in the past on greatly overpriced items, though none of them even approached $250,000. The nitwit selling it probably thinks it's actually from Washington's time in office (1789-1797)!
