Found the answer to my question about ---Non removal of items that you sold but ebay keeps the listing on your active items listing ,so they can count it as part of your monthly listing .

To delete those sold items,go to your SELLER HUB ,under LISTINGS .There is a heading in RED ,which says OUT OF STOCK, that tellings you how many you have to delete . Just scroll down and delete those that have a Zero in the item column .
